Booking a Visit
Warehouse shopping is by appointment only. We take appointments Monday to Friday, 9am to 3pm. Please arrange with your Account Manager at least 24 hours in advance.- If you arrive without an appointment, you may be turned away if we are already fully booked.
- We allow 2 customers at a time to shop with a maximum of 2 people per party (so 4 total at one time), as we are a working warehouse.
- Our warehouse is not open to the public. If you plan to bring a friend or family member, this must be authorized prior to your visit. All shoppers must have a valid business number.
- We do not allow children or pets in our warehouse. Service dogs on a leash are allowed.
- All visitors must be wearing closed-toe shoes.
- Our minimum order is $200. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Debit or Cash for payment.
- While we endeavour to ensure our shelf pricing reflects our computer system there may be instances where there is a discrepancy. In these instances, the computer pricing will be honoured. Thank you for your understanding.
