1st - Root Chakra
The Root Chakra represents our foundation as people, life, vitality, strength and one’s physical nature. Located from the base of your spine to the tailbone region, your root chakra is associated with issues surrounding survival, such as, financial independence, nutrition and rest. Through walking barefoot, being outdoors, eating things that are red like raspberries, tomatoes and radish or from the earth such as potatoes, beets and carrots, this is where we begin to ground ourselves.Crystal Therapy TIP
