DEEP breathe IN… and out…. Let’s slow down and focus on our heart chakra.
4th - Heart ChakraConnected to harmony, love and inner peace, the Heart Chakra revolves around the heart, thymus gland, lower lung and circulatory system. Being the balancing point for all chakras, it is located in the center of our sternum. When harmonized this chakra allows for freedom, growth and inner peace. Through practicing active yoga, flying a kite on a breezy day or openly showing L.O.V.E., you can open and expand the heart chakra using the element of air. Eating green coloured foods such as leafy vegetables like spinach and kale, enjoying broccoli, peas, pears, grapes and avocados or drinking green tea is said to aid in this as well.
Crystal Therapy TIPWearing / surround yourself with green stones or crystals such as jade, malachite, emerald, aventurine or peridot to promote alignment of the heart chakra.

VisualizationVisualize a green rosebud at the center of your chest. Steady your breath. Allow the rosebud to open with each inhale and exhale. See the petals unfolding, one by one. See this openness while also letting go of any negative energy or emotion that was locked in the bud. Be patient as you slowly bloom.
