7th - Crown Chakra
Linked to being fully connected spiritually, the Crown Chakra connects universal sources of energy and the world, symbolizing illumination. Located at the very top of the head, the seventh chakra is associated with the pineal gland, brain and central nervous system. Balancing this chakra that is associated with all elements, and thoughts in particular, through meditation, chants, cardio and breathing fresh air, is said to strengthen our perception of inner and outer beauty, spiritual connection, and expansion of emotional awareness. The nutrition associated with this chakra has less to do with food, though many choose to fast, detox or increase water intake.Wearing / surround yourself with violet and white stones or crystals, such as amethyst, lepidolite, selenite or all powerful stones such as kyanite and clear quartz. These stone types have been used to equalize the crown chakra.
