Inspiration"Tension is who you think you should be, relaxation is who you are" - Chinese Proverb
Resting Your EyesOne thing we tend to forget to do is rest our eyes. Closing your eyes can allow the optic nerve to rest as it will not be bothered by external images. The fluid circulation of lubricating tears in your eyes will prevent irritation due to dryness. It can calm the mind while relaxing your muscles and organs. It essentially sends a message to your body telling it that you’re safe and able to take a break from your daily routine.
Aromatherapy Eye MasksOur reusable therapeutic eye masks are shaped to gently rest on the forehead and eyes. They are designed to alleviate aches, soothe weary muscles and calm the senses. The clay beads within are ideal for retaining and the scent of essential oil scents used for aromatherapy. Use as both a hot and cold comfort wrap. For a cold mask, place the eye mask into the freezer in order to cool puffy, strained or tired eyes.

Picture JasperFeeling peaceful allows us to appreciate more of what it means to be human. Jasper is known to help balance our emotions in trials as well as in chaos. It might be because of its secure connection to the Earth that always aims for calm. In every painful moment, it brings peace and comfort. If you feel bombarded with your thoughts and other’s ideas, take a moment to look at a picture jasper stone. Allow it to clear useless thoughts and to boost your confidence. Feel this earthly element transfer wisdom to you.
Five essential steps can change your bathing experience. Whether you throw yourself a bubble bath party or you know someone in dire need of relief; these steps are the key to success. And in case anyone needs gift inspiration - create a bundle of goodies for the ultimate bath!
Rediscover The BathTake a Nature Bath
Create Ambiance: Gather some natural materials from the outdoors to decorate your space. Whether you choose to decorate around the tub or fill the water with flowers, do whatever speaks to you. Light a candle, bring in a glass of wine, play soft music, have your favourite book by your side, and you’re ready to begin.
Bath Salts: Sprinkle in some bath salts (we're partial to Himalayan salts) into your warm bath in order to sooth your muscles.
Essential Oils: Add 10 drops of an essential oil such as lavender to put you into a relaxed mood. Bergamot is an excellent choice to create a feeling of joy.
Eye Mask: If your eyes are feeling tired, it’s time to cover them with a soft eye mask. It will literally feel like you’re in a fluffy cloud!
Fluffy Robe: After 2 or 3 hours, when you’ve finally decided it’s time to get out of the bathtub, drape on your nicest robe to wrap up your ultimate night.
