Resting Your Eyes
One thing we tend to forget to do is rest our eyes. Closing your eyes can allow the optic nerve to rest as it will not be bothered by external images. The fluid circulation of lubricating tears in your eyes will prevent irritation due to dryness. It can calm the mind while relaxing your muscles and organs. It essentially sends a message to your body telling it that you’re safe and able to take a break from your daily routine.Aromatherapy Eye Masks
Our reusable therapeutic eye masks are shaped to gently rest on the forehead and eyes. They are designed to alleviate aches, soothe weary muscles and calm the senses. The clay beads within are ideal for retaining and the scent of essential oil scents used for aromatherapy. Use as both a hot and cold comfort wrap. For a cold mask, place the eye mask into the freezer in order to cool puffy, strained or tired eyes.

Rediscover The Bath
Take a Nature Bath
Create Ambiance: Gather some natural materials from the outdoors to decorate your space. Whether you choose to decorate around the tub or fill the water with flowers, do whatever speaks to you. Light a candle, bring in a glass of wine, play soft music, have your favourite book by your side, and you’re ready to begin.
Bath Salts: Sprinkle in some bath salts (we're partial to Himalayan salts) into your warm bath in order to sooth your muscles.
Essential Oils: Add 10 drops of an essential oil such as lavender to put you into a relaxed mood. Bergamot is an excellent choice to create a feeling of joy.
Eye Mask: If your eyes are feeling tired, it’s time to cover them with a soft eye mask. It will literally feel like you’re in a fluffy cloud!
Fluffy Robe: After 2 or 3 hours, when you’ve finally decided it’s time to get out of the bathtub, drape on your nicest robe to wrap up your ultimate night.
