Try out two simple essential oil recipes that can help with meditation and skincare.
Meditation and Relaxation
The following blend is intended to be used in a diffuser. There are hundreds of other combinations you can choose from to cater to your own preferences, but this is one of our favourites. Keep in mind that a little goes a long way, so it is best to start off with only a few drops of the blend and add more if you want a stronger fragrance.- 3 drops Lavender
- 2 drops Ylang Ylang
- 1 drop Patchouli
Skincare and Hygiene
This recipe combines the healing qualities of tea tree with the calming properties of lavender. First, cleanse the face and neck area. While the skin is still damp, pour a pea sized drop into the palm of the hand. Rather than rubbing the oil in, gently pat it onto the skin, allowing it to soak in. You may also use a q-tip to spot treat any blemishes.- 2 Tbsp. Jojoba Oil
- 6 drops Lavender
- 5 drops Tea Tree
Due to the different skin types of each individual, essential oil recipes may not be suitable for everyone. Although it is a high quality natural product, we recommend testing a drop of the essential oil blend first to ensure that there isn’t any discomfort or irritation.
