We’re all diving back into learning and growth. Listed below are three of our favourite products to aid with an exceptional work life balance.
Palo Santo
Consider incorporating palo santo into an after school homework routine or as a calming start to the school day. Palo santo can be found in the form of a smudge stick or oil. Burning palo santo is said to release purifying properties in order to remove negative energies in a space. The antimicrobial properties tend to calm the nervous system, which reduces anxiety and stress levels as well. Palo santo essential oils have the same benefits when placed in a diffuser, but one may also choose to combine it with a carrier oil and rub it on the temples of their head if they don’t have access to a diffuser. The oil can also relieve congestion and inflammation.
Rose Quartz
Entering a new classroom or work group can be one of the most nerve wracking situations. Rose quartz revolves around relationships and promoting love. Having this stone around is said to improve connections and provide comfort. Rose quartz can be used as a worry stone, worn as a pendant or placed on a homework desk to inspire trust in the road ahead.
Shungite
In this day and age, it’s almost impossible to escape technology. Shungite is composed of 98% pure carbon. Carbon is known for its diamagnetic shielding properties, which are said to neutralize the harmful effects of electromagnetic fields, also known as EMFs.
