Clay Keepsake Dishes

Store Bought Works Perfectly As Well- 1 1/2 cups cornstarch
- 1 cup white glue
- 1 tbsp white vinegar
- 1 tsp lotion
- 1 tbsp baby oil
- Mix all the ingredients together until it becomes a clay-like consistency
- Roll the clay into a ball and add more cornstarch if it is too sticky
- Use the palm of your hands to gently flatten the ball into a 1/2 inch thick disk
- Choose a small bowl from your kitchen
- Lay a piece of plastic wrap inside the bowl to prevent it from sticking
- Smooth the clay out into your bowl
- Flatten the bottom or add a ring of clay to help it sit flat
- Add a handle
- Let it dry
- Paint as desired
