Good for all skin types, the Himalayan mud mask features crystalline components that are mined, finely ground and mixed with natural crystal sole.

The benefits of natural Himalayan salt include regulating the water content throughout the body and detoxing the body by promoting healthy pH balance in the cells.

Directions: Pour 3 tbsp of mud into a cup, add water to form a thick paste. Apply to face or body. Leave on for 30 - 45 minutes, then rinse thoroughly with warm water.
