Nummite, also known as anthophyllite is only found in Greenland and usually black in colour and opaque with iridescent strips or flecks. Forms of pyrite are commonly found within this type of stone as well.

As a healing stone, nummite is known as “The Magicians Stone”. It can be used to increase psychic abilities and intuition. It promotes a balancing of the elemental forces and its defensive qualities make it an excellent shield against many forms of negativity.
