Hand hammered metal hearts are adorned with rustic cylindrical shaped bells. One small bell sits within the center heart and five larger bells decorated with coloured glass beads lead to a center bell at the the tip of the heart. This universal symbol of love will be a welcome addition to many homes.

Historically, bells were made to commemorate or celebrate and are strongly associated with peace and freedom. Made by artisans in India using an age-old technique of metal-work (metal is beat into shape by hand, then buried under the hot sand kiln) This gives each bell a unique patina and beautiful round tone. Perfect in a back yard or as decoration in the home.

The heart has long been used as a symbol to refer to the spiritual, emotional, moral and in the past, the intellectual core of a human being. As the heart was once widely believed to be the seat of the human soul, the word heart continues to be used poetically to refer to the soul and stylized depictions of hearts are used as prevalent symbols representing love.
