These natural ammonite fossils from Agadir, Morocco are whole and not sliced. Sizes range between 8 - 20 cm, larger sizes may also be available. Ammonite agadir fossils make a stunning home display piece.

Ammonite, which means coiled horn, was an air breathing invertebrate. It looked like an ancestor of the squid except its body was protected by a coiled, chambered shell. Ammonites flourished throughout the Mesozoic Era - about 250 million years ago. Considered to be a protective stone that provides stability and structure.

No two pieces are alike. Each one will slightly vary in size and shape.
