Faceted Pendulum - Amazonite with Garnet

Amazonite is a translucent to opaque feldspar gemstone with a pretty green color. Generally pale aqua, others in the same family range from clear and white to pale yellow. Recent studies suggest that its blue-green color results from small quantities of lead and water in the feldspar. Amazonite is used in jewellery and as an ingredient in ceramics.

As a healing stone it is considered to be a calming stone believed to dispel negative energy and improve confidence.

Garnet is a family of silicate of magnesium, iron and aluminum. The name originates from the stone’s resemblance to red pomegranate seeds (malum granatum). Due to its hardness, garnet is used largely in abrasives.

As a healing stone garnet is known as the stone for a successful business. It is also popular for improving self-esteem and eliminating depression, garnets are thought to promote lasting relationships.
