Elestial quartz is also referred to as jacare quartz and closely related to skeletal quartz. They tend to exhibit unique internal and external dissipated growth structures due to unstable conditions during their formation. Elestial crystals are identifiable by their unusual shape - they are multi layered or etched with many small terminated crystal formations. Two common styles are a step and repeat pattern or many small crystals all stuck together on the outer surface.
