Flints are composed of a mixture of quartz, agate, shell and diatom fragments, traces of hematite, iron oxide and gypsum. Flint was selected by aboriginal people because of its abundance and ease of forming into implements.

Flint has been used for thousands of years as a powerful stabilizing and cleansing stone.

No two pieces are alike. Each one will slightly vary in size, shape and colour.

Bin sized mineral and fossil treasures are bagged in pre-specified size ranges and piece counts. They are ideal for selling in one of our multi-bin retail displays or in small bins that you might already use in your store.
