Phone: You can call us at 1.800.723.6403 and speak with one of our sales rep to place an order directly.
Fax: You can print out our order form HERE, write down the items that you would like to order, and fax it to us at 604.278.6414.

3. What currency are prices displayed in?
Depending on your login name and password, you will be shown either Canadian or US dollars.

4. What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept VISA and Mastercard.

5. What does shipping cost?
Shipping fees are calculated based on the destination and value of the order at the time of check out. Customs or import duties, if applicable, are the responsibility of the consignee and are not included.

6. Where will you ship to?
Currently we only ship to addresses in Canada and United States.

7. Where do you ship from?
We ship from our warehouse in Vancouver, British Columbia.

Return Policy

All claims for shortages and breakage must be approved before any credit will be issued. No credits will be issued if we are not notified within 10 days of shipment.

Please note that all natural products vary in shape and size. Many will have naturally occuring cracks, fissures or inclusion that will not affect their quality.
