Return Policy:

All claims for shortages and breakage must be approved before any credit will be issued. No credits will be issued if we are not notified within 10 days of shipment.

Please note that all natural products vary in shape and size. Many will have naturally occuring cracks, fissures or inclusion that will not affect their quality.

Shipping/Handling:

Shipping fees are calculated based on the destination, weight and value of the order at the time of check out. Customs or import duties, if applicable, are the responsibility of the consignee and are not included. Please refer to Shipping Information for more details.

Applicable sales tax will be added to order.

NOTE: Minimum order is $150 via website. First time order needs to be COD Cash, VISA or MasterCard. Canadian orders are billed in Canadian dollars. USA and International orders are billed in US dollars.
