Shipping fees are calculated based on the destination, weight and value of the order at the time of check out. Customs or import duties, if applicable, are the responsibility of the consignee and are not included.

Canada: Canpar Ground Canada Post

United States: Fedex Ground

Applicable sales tax will be added to order.

15% restocking fee on refused merchandise and returned CODs. $15 fee for returned cheques.

Damages/Shortages:

Any damage or shortage must be reported immediately to the carrier. Retain all shipping material and boxes for inspection and file a damage claim with the carrier. Any damages or shortages must be reported to Nature's Expression within 10 days of receipt. Prior to returning, you must obtain a return authorization number.

Back Orders:

Terms and pricing of original order apply to backorders except that any handling or COD charge is waived. Customers will be contacted prior to sending backorders valued at less than $30. All other backordered items will be sent within 45 days subject to stock availability.
