Bamboo Charcoal is smokeless and odorless when burned, and is ideal for burning loose incense, wood chips, native American sage and other herbs. Burning resin is easy. All you need is a charcoal tablet, a bit of sand and a heat-proof dish. Roughly 1/4 tsp. of resin chunks sprinkled over the tablet will burn for five to 10 minutes.

Incense has been used in temples, ashrams, churches and mosques as well as in the home to purify and sweeten the atmosphere.
• Use a heat proof dish
• Fill bottom with sand
• Place a lit charcoal tablet on top of sand
• Sprinkle 1/4 tsp of resin chunks on tablet
• Resin will burn for 5 - 10 min
