Canadian orders are billed in Canadian dollars. USA and International orders are billed in US dollars.

How to Place a Wholesale Order (Must have Valid Tax or Resale Number)

1. Online Print & Fax Order Form: (recommended). See below for instructions.
2. Phone: 1.800.723.6403 and place a direct order with one of our sales rep.
3. Fax: Print out our standard order form HERE, write down the items that you would like to order and fax it to 604.278.6414.
4. Purchase Order: Fax your company purchase order to us at 604.278.6414.

Online Print & Fax Order Form

To place an order using our Online Print & Fax Order Form:

• Enter the Quantity and click on the "ORDER" button. This will add the item(s) to your order.
• When finished adding items, click the "VIEW ORDER" button in the "ORDERS" box (TOP RIGHT SIDE). You will be provided with a convenient order form to print and fax. (You will not be asked to provide your credit card information online.)
